The Last Word Clifton Village Bristol

Great place. Owner knew his cocktails would reccomend cocktail lovers to visit this place I was impressed at the quality of drinks and service received.

Lovely looking bar, tastefully decorated but sadly marred by the incredibly aggressive bartender, Artur, who appeared, for reasons I won’t speculate here, not to be in complete control of his functions. Instead of serving me and my group of friends, Artur inexplicably invited me to “step outside”; an odd and disconcerting encounter which sadly means I won’t be returning.

Great find on a random night out in Clifton.. Excellent drinks menu with enough variety and blend of unique and classic cocktails! Friendly staff and good atmosphere, prices are fair too!

They bake all the cakes!
We were really impressed with the afternoon tea here, incredibly tasty sandwiches and cakes which he bakes himself! And you can tell; the quality and flavour is clearly not shop bought. I wish I’d taken a picture as it looked as good as it tasted, plenty there and it was really good value. Even the teapot and cups a and saucers had adorable ‘Alice in Wonderland’ vibes. We’ve had a few afternoon teas in our time and have had many nice ones but this was the best. After a spate of poor experiences at restaurants and bars with lack lustre food and service, our visit to The Last Word has reinvigorated my love of eating out. Don’t change anything! We’ll definitely be back!

Cool venue, great cocktails and awesome staff!Went here yesterday for a drink on our way home from work and ended up staying for hours. Tried a range of their cocktails - all were well balanced and had their own great flavours.

We had a mix of unique flavoured cocktails and old classics with a creative twist. All of the staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been happier to help. Talked us through some interesting knowledge around making cocktails and recommended great cocktails based on our preferences - we definitely want to go back and try their masterclass. The space is super cool, feels really intimate and exclusive with the mix of great music!

Visited here for the afternoon tea experience and Cocktail 🍹 Master class. Food was great, and the masterclass was amazing. Had the best afternoon there. Thank you Thomaz and his two staff.

Super cool and relaxed cocktail bar in Clifton Village! Lovely lux interior and really good music. Cocktails were really tasty and well made, also reasonably priced.
Only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because firstly I thought they served food (like the website said) which they did not. Also the bar staff were polite but not super friendly, when I asked for a suggestion on what drink to have it wasn’t much back and forth.
But in all lovely place to have a cocktail :)
