Air France

On april 3rd, they only opened the check in counter 1h40min before the flight, by then, there was already an over 40-people line waiting to check their bags. Additionally, the lady that did my check-in, never gave me the checked bag receipt. I actually never even saw her put the tag on my bag. This might be the reason why my bag never arrived on its final destination. Terrible service. Airfrance is for sure understaffed on this branch.
