Perth Airport Office

The Office was closed but the website says its open. No weekend, No public holiday.It was thursday around 12:30PM. And also the service here is too slow and the 15 minute appointment is just a name here. They take more than hours to serve you.

Excellent customer service.

The worst customer service ever.Due to an issue with my Asic card, I needed a replacement card. The first time I was given wrong information by snobby women at the reception.Second time, another lady who works in a more senior position told me completely different information. Third visit, the same arrogant woman from the first visit tried to give the wrong information again and delay printing of the asic even more... however after she spoke to the other ladies in the office she issued the card. Thank you for giving me one week off work due to your incompetence complemented by bad customer service skills.

Really can't do qantas anymore, every time we fly with qantas there something wrong.
This time plain had electronic issues. So unsafe no skills. So we get taken off the flight, now me and my family, 4 year old boy have to wait for 3 hours after the 3 hours delay. No family airline this!!!

And in addition to this, the majority off quantas staff are quite unfriendly and even rude

Unhelpful staff work there scrap the booking system completely or stay open later for people to get their asics haven't been able to work last 3 shifts. Also rude staff

Qantas are stooping to new lows trying to get out of redeeming credits for flights. Lies upon lies and phone call after phone call.
Australia's carrier has changed into an unAustralian scrooge. Changing to Virgin.

One particular woman there is extremly unhelpful and cold. She has zero people skills. Pray you dont book an appointment with her because its like talking to an evil robot. thanks for nothing love.
