Horrible airline, I'll never fly it again. The flight is only an hour long but it was late arriving by an hour and then it took 45 minutes to get our luggage! Plus they wouldn't turn on the air conditioning on the plane. We were dying from the heat.
Aer Lingus is a horrible company. They lost my bag 2 days ago going from Dublin to Edinburgh.
There is zero way to talk to anyone about your lost bag except for Swissport, who are also a terrible company.

Would give them less than 1 if I could could. Worst transatlantic experience I have ever had. Lost baggage for over a week and four written complaints not even acknowledged after a month @AerLingus. Shocking.
