I had problem after more problem. The repeated and only issue they would entertain was dry mouth. The dentures literally fit in my mouth only with painful and excessive stretching of my mouth/face. They rubbed on the mucous membrane and created abrasions. They don't care. The lower plate was too long and food got stuck causing me to choke. Didn't care. I have several more issues but the bottom line is go elsewhere. Could barely

I had guided bone regeneration in preparation for four bottom molar implants. Each side took around 4 hours. I was really impressed with the quality of care I was given, and found the staff to be kind and considerate. Despite her busy schedule, my Dr. made herself available to me anytime, and was the one who often reached out to me after surgery to see how I was recovering.
I still have a long way to go, but so far I've been more than happy, and am glad I chose the UofM periodontal clinic.

Did an amazing job on my husband!!! He cracked his tooth and after making several appointments where we live in Lansing just to have them canceled the same day or scheduled months out we decided to call u of m. They got him in 2 days latter to do a treatment plan. He ended up needing a root canal. They were able to fit him in immediately!!! His Doctor was Dr. Simonovich amd he was amazing!!!! My husband who is terrified of the dentest said he didn't feel a thing and even geel asleep a few times. We are beyond pleased with the experience!!!

Came in today to get a crown done after spending my last visit doing absolutely nothing and wasting my time. After I was told I’d have my crown done. I once again missed a half a day of work, drove an hour and a half for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything, because my daughter was present. Not one person could tell me this was “school policy.” Even after I checked into the front desk. An absolute waste of my time it will not come back here. Wasted two work days, gas money and time.

A wonderful super clean and organized team & facility , I was assigned to Ben & Assistant Fatima both are wonderful , Ben my Dentist is super detailed efficient & gentle he makes sure I’m comfortable and calm, I love the work and the communication with the Doctors I feel completely positive that I’m in good hands , they are working on the best treatment plan for me ! I’m so happy I made the choice to come here !!

I scheduled an appointment for emergency services due to pain from a cracked crown & fillings. The day of the appointment there was a accident on I-94 that seemed as though I would arrive late. I called & canceled my appointment over the phone however traffic began to pick back up so I called back & was able to still hold my appointment time slot. I arrived a few minutes late & the staff was very friendly & helpful with getting me registered & directing me in the way of my service. The staff made me feel welcomed & comfortable despite me being a little anxious. My X-ray’s determined the cause of my pain & I was scheduled for treatment. I was very pleased with their level of customer service with their patient service.

To start off I had to call this place multiple times to get through to the pediatric for my son and when I did they told me they would call back for a appt and this was a month ago now still no call. You can't ever get through to them and I'm scared to even have my son see them due to all the bad reviews. I also tried to get in to have a wisdom tooth and molar pulled but the lady told me to call back in a month and was rude. I don't recommend this place and I don't see how others do. They must be fake reviews. Can't even get through to them and they don't care about patients care. Now my son is in pain due to this tooth he needs a root canal on and they don't care.
