Barnes & Noble College at Northern Michigan University Bookstore

Nice new facility, and very friendly staff. Selections seem limited now. And were was literally anything for NMU Rugby? I mean, yes it is a club sport, but not having any rugby swag is a miss. These players exsist, and many NMU students play it. Come on, you don't want to disrepect them and make them feel left out do you? Get some stuff made. Rugby is only going to get bigger!

Nice smaller college bookstore. Very friendly and helpful employees.

I finally made it back to Marquette and was super excited to stop by the bookstore and get a hockey sweater (Ya know, cause I can afford one now). There were none on the floor and none in the back. Why would a school that lives and dies hockey sell such a thing? What was I thinking anyway?

I’m a graduating student and never in the four years that I’ve been here has the bookstore answered a call from me. They literally never pick up their phone, nor do they return voicemails. Also very unhelpful in the store

Three weeks into the semester and the bookstore still hasn't emailed me about the txt books I ordered, so I tried to call for more than 3 days to inquire.

To say the customer service is severely lacking would be an understatement. No one answers any of the four line options when you call. If by chance someone does answer they are rude, unhelpful, and arrogant. The manager was no help either, he was just as arrogant and demeaning.
