It is an Impotent structure, right in the middle of one of the most important highways of the city. It is surrounded by theatres, restaurants, bars, and public artists' performances.
Walking Buenos Aires’ streets is magical, they are crowded, fresh air runs in all directions and the nice weather in October make the perfect conditions to enjoy the astounding views. I was always undecided to say which building was more beautiful than the one before. Every turn of a corner was a surprising landscape. Finding the Obelisk in almost every crossing around Avenida de Julio was just fun.
This moment in the heart of Buenos Aires is one you don't want to miss. It is a beautiful structure both in day and night. If you're visiting, beware that it is an area common for protesting, so be careful if that's happening. Also, be careful for potential pickpockets and phone thefts in the crowded area.
