I'm Italian and I look like a Mediterranean man. When I got into the shop I said "good morning", I didn't get any reply, the two men kept working, they didn't even take a look at me. I felt very uncomfortable and not welcome so I left the shot shortly.
Very slow. Waited 2 hours with my young fella after Christmas. Left without getting my hair cut.
Booked an appointment while covid safety was being done. The person I booked an appointment with ended up not being available but I was texted beforehand and given the option to cancel if I wanted, which was appreciated!
Went ahead with the haircut anyway and masks were used and the area was thoroughly sanitised beforehand, so overall very happy with the service!
