They have a wide range of supplies and a house brand that offers cheaper prices on products like paint. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is small and cramped but it lends to the experience, id suggest giving it a visit!
Above Ground manages to capture the feeling of a shopkeep from DnD. Narrow aisles, teeming with tools and trinkets. You never know what you light find. And to each a treasure to discover that wild be worthless to another.

Best art supply store in the Junction.
This is my local go-to for art supplies. They keep me in supply of coloured pencils and air brush paints. Convenient to my home, they are generally well-stocked. I did go last time for Sculpey and found them mostly sold out, with no colours I needed, but to be fair, the holiday rush and supply chain issues make this understandable.
Stopped in to pick up some ink, staff were not in my face but were helpful when approached. Though the days of the art mega stores are behind us, the staff are irreplaceable. Great spot for supplies and they can get you just about anything!
Very pleasant art store in the heart of The Junction. Friendly staff, and a large variety of painting supplies abound. Check it out.
This will be one of my go-to stores for specific art supplies due to the variety and pricing compared to other art stores. Also, the staff is always helpful to help you make decisions on products you are not familiar with.
