I have been training the last few years with Anton Thompson and have never felt better. I enjoy and recommend Anton for the following reasons

1. The work out is once a week so I am able to fit it into my busy schedule

2. He has the ability to push and challenge without causing injury.

3. I feel better and it has improved all the sports that I enjoy/play.

I am 78 and have been seeing Anton for about 10 years. I quit a big, commercial gym when I lost confidence in my trainer and his approach. Now, instead of spending an hour per session, I complete an intense workout in 15-20 minutes - in my street clothes. I like the convenience, short time which I can fit into my schedule and results. Anton is very good at modifying exercises and stretches to meet my current aches and pains. I recently returned from a hiking trip in Arizona and was pleasantly surprised to find that my cardiac capability was as good as when I was jogging regularly. I have no problems walking 18 holes of golf several days in a row. My doctor says that I am at least a decade younger physiologically.

I have been training with Anton for about a dozen years and credit him with keeping me strong, healthy and relatively injury-free. The strength training and flexibility work Anton uses has enhanced my performance in a number of sports and more importantly, helped make sure that my joints and muscles were well prepared for the strains weekend-athletes put them through. And as I have entered my 50s, I am even more appreciative of the benefits of the strong back, legs and core that Anton emphasizes.

Anton Thompson is a great trainer. We started together 5 years ago in my mid to late 30s. I was someone who played way too many sports in my youth and had serious hip and knee issues (from Soccer & Squash) going into working with Anton. I never really stretched, or did Yoga. 5 years on (touch wood) I am pain free and in better shape and definitely stronger than I ever was. Anton is good at pushing you but never to the point you actually flare something up. It's a short but effective work-out which is amazing for the busy professional. I run a lot (most days) and feel this work out is essential to keeping that going. This guy has your back and becomes a member of your personal team. Recommend highly.

I’ve been training with Anton for over four years now and am stronger than I’ve ever been. The workout he guides me through is so efficient, the results so impressive, that I can’t imagine replacing it with anything else. This is quite meaningful for someone like myself who struggled for years to find a workout regimen I could stick to.

Anton is kind and knowledgeable, always making me feel comfortable and supported while continuing to challenge me. And he actually makes working out fun, something I never anticipated.

I would recommend Anton to anyone, but especially those like myself who have a hard time committing to working out. You will see results so quickly that continuing to come back will be a no-brainer. Working out with Anton has greatly contributed to my quality of life. I’m grateful that I found him.

I am a physician in Brooklyn NY . I started working out with Anton Thompson when I was 52 years old. I was always active, but I was interested in becoming stronger , and maintaining good bone density.
I am now 73 years old and still working out with Anton every week.
I am pleased to report that Anton has never caused an injury. He is a real,careful, professional, and I have since recommended him to my friends, relatives and patients.
Since starting with Anton, my strength grows constantly. As a result , my biking, skiing, tennis, swimming and walking have all improved every year that goes by. My posture is good, and my gait is confident. I seem to be "youthening" because people constantly mistake me for a younger person- not the great grandmother that I am.

At 73, I have managed to strengthen my body sufficiently to have no difficulty in walking or moving.
