Bad location, next to Alexander the great...
Nice only if you pass by it, nothing special
There's absolutely no reason to have a statue of a politician made in a city/country where there are no statues of much more important people throughout the history.

There is no reason of making a statue of Karamanlis. It should be removed. He was one of the worst politician ever elected. He will be remember for making Greek major cities, a concrete maze of ugliness
