The seats are not upto the mark, torn not working , pathetic food , it yaks and most imp some weird stink inside the screen pls dont come here this place is even worth 50 rupees / ticket !! I need my refund

Worst experience ever. Very arrogant staff did not behave properly. The checking staff is not proper. The seating seats are worst. No cleanliness in the washroom also and in the seating area also. Won't recommend to anyone to come here.

Pathetic experience. A rat just fell on my hand while I was sitting in the last row. When complained about it, the manager did not even properly acknowledge it and abruptly said we will look into it. We spend so much to have a decent movie experience and this is what we get?

Very nice theatre. Near to stations & budget friendly. Staff is also supportive. Also sometimes there are offers on food and beverage. Also Inox app will help you for more offers

our recent visit to INOX Neelyog in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, with friends was an outstanding movie experience. The cinema offers top-notch audio-visual quality, spacious seating with ample legroom, and a convenient location. It's a great spot for locals and an ideal choice for a movie night with friends. The only areas for improvement are in the efficiency of customer service during busy hours and the pricing of snacks at the concession stand. With some fine-tuning in these areas, INOX Neelyog could easily achieve a perfect rating. If you're in Ghatkopar and craving a cinematic adventure with friends, INOX Neelyog promises an enjoyable movie night together.

Worst experience!! Like the movie has stopped in between and the lights are on since last 10 mins .
My time is getting waist.

This is my genuine review, i have experienced more than 10 cinemas with Inox, I don't know why Inox not giving a good experience , till i know Inox has been good cinema theatre but now really dissapointment thing and if i talk about this theatre, it is just okay screen, quality average and seats are also very poor, main thing is this time most of people more enjoy with Dolby Sound which gives you a more clear & crisp sound but there is no Dolby, we had booked a movie from Bookmyshow because there is a lot of seat available in the range of 250-350 without tax and suddenly in hurry time i didn't check Dolby option so had mistake again by not checking there is no Dolby sound after Chennai, Banglore & Kochi because most of the Inox cinema has No Dolby experience in the particular Cities and come to the beverages it's quite expensive comparing to their quality even we can easily get Dolby Sound in other local Cinema.
My conclusion : Please set Dolby Sound too if you are charging more than 300INR per movie, everyone love to hear Dolby Sound film like Action, Adventure etc etc... Thank you !
