Awesome location. Great staff. However, I lowered the score because the construction noise and unbearable. The noise travels from floor to floor. If you work from home like I do, it is a nightmare to lead a meeting from the apartment. One day, there was construction noise from below, above, a next door. Some construction lasts for almost a year so far for just 1 apartment.

One of their penthouse apartments has white trash Christmas lights on them blinking from September till now March. No way to contact the building to complain
The Liberty House is a great building to live in. The doormen and front desk are always nice and helpful. The views of the Hudson from the West side of the building are spectacular.
Laundry room has all brand new machines and uses the MyMagicPass to pay for laundry and monitor machine status.
Elevators are fast and waits are short.
The location is tops in my book. So close to the subway and lots of shopping.

I've rented in the building since 1994 (way more years than I care to count) and have nothing but good to say about the staff, the neighborhood and the neighbors. Wonderful staff - they really work hard to look out for the residents; polite, friendly and hard working. Super is also very knowledgable and responsive as is the Condo Board.
We rent in this building and can say that has been an excellent decision. The staff is outstanding and also the neighbors. Very familiar ambience. Very clean. Recommended
Worst nightmare ever. DO NOT EVER move into this place.
$550 outrageous application fee to the condo board.
Took me 45 days to get through the application.
WORST PART: During the 45 days application period, they took down the living room flex wall without any notice so I had to find another place without a refund of $550 application fee.
The extremely authoritative management only communicates to condo landlords and do not disclose their contact information to the applicants.
AGAIN, DO NOT MOVE IN. This is not something that happens to a random unlucky applicant.
