I loved walking on the bridge. it's the most beautiful attraction of the city and one must spend sunrise and sunset on the bridge. The most important fact about the bridge is that there is no nut or bolt. Also, enjoy the scenic views from the ferry. The view of yellow taxi is fabulous and it is just WOWWWWW......
Book a ticket for Launch to Howrah Junction for 6 Rupees (one side) and go to the other side of the river by the Bridge and then take a walk back over the bridge to the other side again. It will be a great experience for sure as it combines both the view from river and view while waking down the path.
Howrah Bridge is a must visit attraction in Kolkata. Built on the river of the Hooghly, it's not only just the medium of transportation, it's more of a heritage.

Howrah Bridge in Kolkata is a cool old bridge. It's big and famous. It can get crowded, but the river view is nice. Great for a visit if you want to learn about the city.

The HOWRAH is the symbol and identity of Kolkata ( The city of JOY ) 🚕🚕

If you want to feel the Real India with noisy and crowded people and honking vehicles this is the place ⛩️⛩️ Maginificent piece of architecture that was being build by the britishers that stand without a pillar . The bridge is an iconic landmark of Kolkata and a must see attraction for the vistors of the city. As i am a photographer it is an excellent place for photography during sunrise and sunset hours . One can take the ferry to capture the night beauty of the bridge .
Imagine what a sight it must have been all these years ago when they built it . This is one of those places that you feel impressed. The bridge is massive and its a good view of the river Hooghly. The emotions of Bengali people is connect with this bridge .

The iconic lnadmark has witnessed the passage of time and historical events , silently observing the city’s transformation over the decades. It stood strong through turbulent times , becoming a symbol of resilience and unity for the people of Kolkata the city of Joy and Love 🛵🚖
