This is a fun place for a group workout. The coach was very energetic and the facilities were clean. You can go at your own pace but still get a well-rounded workout.

I would not recommend going to orange theory. They over charged me every month for glitches in the app. They provided little to no support. Any way they can squeeze money out of customers they will. When I originally signed up they said they would support issues like this and never did. I have never heard back from higher ups when I had to elevate my concerns. My friends have had similar experiences. I would say go elsewhere where for group work outs that care about their customers.

Not only do I love OrangeTheory more than any other workout routine I've ever done, I've never experienced faster results and I've only been a member for less than 4 months. When I say results, I'm not necessarily talking just about fat loss. A reduction in body fat percentage is of course a result of the OrangeTheory method and consistently showing up, but there's so much more a person can gain. We live in a world where everyone seems to want an instant fix or a magic pill for health, but that doesn't exist. Health and wellness can only come with consistency and I think it's only sustainable when you're in it for something more than the size of your waistline, at least that's been my experience. I workout for the mental strength and wellbeing I gain. I work out for the confidence boost I get every day I show up. I work out to have more patience with my kids. I work out to test my own limits and see how strong I can get. I workout because I want my body to stay strong and pain free as I get older. And OrangeTheory makes working out so easy! I love just showing up and having someone tell me what to; I don't have to think about it, I just do what I'm told. Truly, every workout is different, which is really nice because you don't get bored or start to dread a certain aspect of the class. I also really appreciate the science based approach that OrangeTheory uses so that everyone can feel like they've maximized their workout, no matter what their fitness level is. I look forward to the extra challenges members can sign up for as they are a fun way to compete with yourself, which for me has been the key to consistency - competing with myself and seeing my progress along the way. The app to sign up for classes and track your workouts is great too. I plan to be a member for life!

I love OTF. The staff is nice and all the coaches are great! Everyone takes the time to get to know your name and greet you. Workouts are tough but do-able for all fitness levels. Sometimes I will also do the lift45.

I wasn’t planning on keeping my membership for as long as I have, but my wife and I have been working out at OTF Spokane Northside for three and a half years and still enjoy it!

I love Northside Orange Theory! The coaches motivate me to do my best and they are overall very wonderful. I enjoy being able to show up and not have to plan my own work out. There’s a wide variety of class times to fit everyone’s schedule. I always leave feeling so good and happy that I went! I definitely recommend giving OTF a try.
