Been a member for a couple of months and really disappointed that it is not actually 24 hours. Have tried to go multiple times on the weekends at 6am and 7am and no one shows up for their shift to unlock the doors even though they are suppose to open at 5am. Very disappointed and ruins the day. Will be looking to join a different gym.
Tbh, i am not a member. I am on my boyfriends membership as buddy pass and go with him sometimes. Pros, it’s a spacious facility. Lots of machines and equipment, indoor basketball court, sauna. I’ve not used the hot tub or steam room or group fitness room but they have them. It’s never too crowded. We generally don’t have to wait for machines. But, as a lady, it’s pretty basic. No paper towels. It’s an Older facility and due for a remodel. Not all the bathroom doors close The locks are questionable. I’ve never used the showers. In summary, it gets the job done. And bring sandals for the locker room and your own towel.
This game is huge and has a lot of equipment. Great gym compared to my gym in Cali . The only downside is that there are no 2.5/5/10 pound weights on the floor due to thefts. This isn't the fault of the gym or the workers. This is due to thieves that ruin it for everyone everywhere.
I spoke with Linda this morning about cancelling my membership and she was great! She was kind, respectful, and was very knowledgeable about the cancellation and billing process. She understood my shock when I was charged $50 this morning and made her explanation very clear as to why it happened. Linda, you're doing great! Thank you so much for everything that you did!
The gym recently went through many renovations & now it's like a whole new gym. Amenities are always available & very clean. Spacious and the equipment are all updated and new. The staff as well was incredibly nice. Tyler was thoroughly nice and wasn't at all pushy. Genuine. I recommend
Good in terms of crowd in early after work hours. Very dirty shower, locker pool area. They have closed their pool/sauna area for renovation. Hopefully they will fix everything properly. I used to be able to use spin bikes on my own but now that room is locked and u can only access if u join the classes which don't match my schedule
I used to work out almost exclusively at this gym. Now I go to other locations more frequently. At this location, there is a good selection of machines and equipment, but the layout is very crowded. Unlike the other locations, there is no longer a designated stretch area. You have to search for the mats to lie on, which are old and filthy. Then you can use the circuit training area, but it isn't private or comfortable. You get asked to move frequently. Stretching is super important to working out. It doesn't make any sense.
Equipment not maintained well, they need fans to circulate air and more 10# plates. Ive brought this complaint forward several times.
Update 11/24/19 3 weeks and still not fixed.
3/21/22This week management not looking after gym. Can't use dip bar as it's a clothes line
10/10/22 fans are working well circulating air. Where are those 10 and 5 pound plates! Still looking for more weights
