Sanitation Bk

I have lived on Avenue H for more than 50 years, and have only good things to say about the service from the New York City Department of Sanitation. In the past five years there has been a considerable increase in efficiency for my residential collection. The situation became very difficult because my son moved in with his family and we had a huge amount of material for pickup. The quantity of material was made greater by having to dismantle my personal home art studio, which occupied the entire first floor. Each day of collection I would look out the window to see what could be left by the sanitation workers. Over the past month I have been very pleasantly surprised, NYCDS took it all. I even had a friendly and informative conversation with one of your workers, he advised me how to wrap our materials for collection.

P.S. It is very difficult to submit a compliment to your agency because all of the websites provide links to only complaints. In all fairness, there should be a link for your great work.
