Forum mall is a easy and convenient way for shopping can avoid travel expenses because you get metro train in walkable distance appart from going EA or phenix it's a easy to reach Vijay mall. It's only place where you get cloth at affordable price

The ambience is good.. kids safety details in the form of a wrist watch is appreciated

It would be better, if the seating arrangement is made at the entrance lobby for people who are waiting for cabs

Forum is supposed to be the best malls in terms maintainance. However, it is disappointing to see this escalator in the picture at the food court seems to be unfixed for more than two weeks roughly. Hopefully it is up and running in next visit.

When it comes to mall , it's not quite comfortable to pay huge parking fees which is being charged. Not knowing such huge prices and how to skip them, there are times when i paid more than the cost of movie ticket.

As far as Chennai's concern, Mostly it is 40 Rs per hour in malls for shopping and Rs.30 per hour (if one shows movie tickets )

Those who can't afford especially who watch movies , should simply find a nearby private parking slot or a metro station.

For forum Mall, to the great rescue comes the Vadapalani metro station where one can park the vehicle for just Rs.15 per hour. As added advantage , we have a separate way from the metro parking to the mall

One of my favorite malls in Chennai. Overall clean and well maintained. Toilets are also clean and automatic hand dryers were there. Variety of shops, not all expensive like Express Avenue.
