I go here for lunch or snacks almost everyday (at least 3 times a week) since last many years since my workplace is in the same mall.
Lunch quality and taste has become horrible.... Better to stop lunch itself.
Some.good items like Tumbler Idly, Pesaratru have been stopped, and as I understood, it is per the ID Management instructions.Very bad decision. Also during the lunch time the other items are not being served. Customers are told to have only the horrible lunch. Had a health upset after having the lunch.
Staff are helpless as they are forced to listen to the bad decisions of the Management.
No Management person is available for direct feedback from a regular customer like myself and many others. Earlier complaints on Twitter (now X) remained unanswered.
If such attitude continues, then it will not be long before you start loosing regular customers. Other surrounding places like A2B and food court may give better options.
Please reintroduce old menu, be flexible, and improve the taste and quality of lunch.
Because of the above issues, nowadays, I am avoiding ongoing there.

I had been to the place on 15 Aug with family and ordered several dishes. The coffee was cold. The Oothapam didn’t come for 40 minutes and that too I had to remind. I had to ask them to pack it by then since all other dishes were getting cold. I don't intend to waste my time and money on such a mediocre and ridiculous service. If there was a problem, it would havebeen decent to say that there's a delay and give other options. I had to keepasking and was only heard after I raised to cancel the order.

Really nice place near pvr in nexus. We had kizhi Parrotta and mushroom kothu parrotta.. the mushroom kothu parrotta was good, would suggest eating it after it gets cold! The service was good, it was neat clean. Would've liked the place to be a lil more chill.. the cooler was not in our direction soo.. but a good place.

Wanted to have Sadhya on Thiruvonam day and gave a try at ID @ Nexus Forum, Chennai.
Confirmed a reservation the previous day, but that had no impact given the crowd that had swarmed up.  After a wait of nearly 30 minutes, was sat and served a basket of upperis with piping hot pathimugam.
The sadhya thali arrived a good 20 minutes after.  The waft of aroma was instant and comforting.  The fare was flavorsome and sumptuous. Requests for refills were met with a smile and were quite generous. The parippu vada, pal pradhaman, pazham dosa and erisseri require special mention.
But what stood out was the service which was a big notch up. Despite the demanding crowd, constant requests for refills, insta-feedback, the service team kept the tempo on. Kudos to Mr. Lokesh & team!! You folks rocked!!

Wonderful service by Azarudhin, greatest taste than greater Chennai 😃, the quality of food is something mesmerising and you will never regret an ounce of it. Their coffee, idli, dosa, etc, they are just incredible. They have gift of greatest chef who keep pulling the customers like Sun’s gravity. The one and only set back, the management can mourn about it is their service. The new staff don’t even soak themselves even after mugging Service definition from Oxford university. If they do even just spell and speak SERVICE definition for sure they can crack even 5 star restaurants. Jokes apart, rest all is great 😃!
