Luckily for me the wind pushed the sulphury stench away from me. Eww.

Amazing tour given by Diran! Lots of parking, great customer service. Learned a lot about the water treatment for Washington, D.C. & waste water for the surrounding areas. There is, of course, a strong, unpleasant smell at times, so be prepared for the odor. Otherwise, the tour gave me a different perspective on drinking water in the District, as well as water in general.

Wonderful staff from security to all the other workers. I experienced a pleasant attitude from everyone.

There's a lot of hard working people working there. They make sure that the water we drink is clean. They get up everyday and go to work, answer our calls and fix the leaks that mess up our water supply. They put their lives in danger to serve us. Some hardly take a break, just like every other place. They have their own challenges which they try to deal with without complaints. They have each other's backs and are there when one is down. Considering the fact that they come from different parts of the world, the camaraderie is delightful and reassures you that someone cares if you need any help

The Best feat's of engineering and technology combined to create an experience of the mind, as you walk down the Streets and remember what it use to look like and now what it has become. Unbelievable just what the scientific mind can complete, when steered in the right direction......
