Why toll plaza required for entering in bandra terminus? Really toll people Miss behaviour & rough language
Good Connectivity and cabbie cars are available for the elders. Overall decently maintained station
Departing train cones on the platform well in advance..it is easy to bord for senior citizens and physically disable
The railway station connects Mumbai with North India. It is like any other railway station in India. It lacks basic facilities like cleanliness, hygienic toilets, etc. Passengers needs to be disciplined. Taxi/Auto exploit the commuters. Still it is very important and widely used station in Mumbai.
Bandra Station is one of the main stations of Western line (you can take fast trains to reach this station). There is good connectivity from Bandra Station to Agnel Ashram, Taj - lands end, and Band stand. Station is clean and has washroom, waiting and restroom services : these are wheelchair accessible. Bandra W is connected to Bandra Terminus with the help of walking bridge for pedestrians.
One of the very important stations from where the Northern Railway starts it's journey. One can reach hear by getting down at Khar Road (western line station). A walkway connects Khar Road Station to BDTS. The reservation desks are at the station entry itself. Station is well secured and maintained. It has refreshment and washroom 🚻 facilities.
Ticket booking, enquiry, etc. are far from the Bandra Terminius. Also there is no sign board for providing details of the trains passing by the station. A few shops are available. Could not find any toilet, clock room or rest room.
