Crowd management should be better in the bus station.

Good Building with lighting, It has many platforms. The station is too crowded as many locals travel up and down through local trains.

Bus stand is clean and very supportive staff

I travelled to the Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST or VT i.e. Victoria Terminus or Boribunder) along with my wife to drop my sister to the station. After leaving her at the station we moved out and tasted some amazing food and then went on to shop at the Fashion Street. The architecture of the station is beautiful and worth taking a note of. The entire locality is inspired by British Architecture and looks mesmerizing.

The best railway station..The Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus.......the heart of Mumbai railways and local trains .......the CST have total 18 platforms in which 1 to 8 for Local Trainers and remaining 8 to 18 for express trains ......local train station is really good and have very good connectivity....really clean train station and there’s a proper place for eating and clean AC washrooms available.....Local trains have mega block on generally Sunday.....CST have good security systems and many RPF officials present for 24 hours
