Adam Walton re-booked my “confirmed” first class window seat at the last minute for a cheaper unassigned coach seat. Nobody bothered to tell me. Zero communication or “trust” as advertised. Probably my worst travel experience in over 30+ years.
All I can say is if you’re really looking for a unique travel experience. You will certainly find it here. 28 years in the business and thought I’ve seen it all. Down to earth , genuine and professional at its finest
