This place has a very cosmo feel. Very sweet and helpful people. All major festivals are celebrated and everyone comes together like one big family! That's the beauty of Lake Florence. Flats are nice and airy. Recently painted buildings

Beautiful multiplex. Very clean, well organised and well maintained.
Very good apartment in Lake home society. Rooms are good. But only two lifts are there. As no separate lift for pets and working staff, lot of disturbances and foul smell of pets. Overall society is good,but very slow to take action on any complaints.
I lived here for 3 yrs. Highly over rated and over priced. Most flat owners expect same rentals as Hiranandani. Flats are pretty small. No visitor parking. No play area for kids. Access from Hiranandani is congested and gets jammed frequently. Happy to have moved to a Hiranandani building.
Very good place to reside. All amenities are available. Multiple options for shopping. All type of eateries available within 10-15 mins distance. Multiple banks and lots of utility options available within a very short distance. Place tends to get congested during peak hours.
