Maxwell Place on the Hudson

The area with benches needs better cleaning and maintenance. There is a nightly group that leaves garbage and cigarette butts every night. There is maintenance and cleaning but they neglect this area leaving it very unappealing

Omg! I've encountered the most nicest concierge people ever. If I'm not mistaking the young man was named Danny and the lady is named Ms Johanna. On several occasions I have dealt with them as I was a visitor to the building. Let me just say they are such a delight. Very warm welcoming people to be greeted by. On my most recent visit to the building Danny helped me with some packages to my car. It's nice to know that there are some respectable people that do exist in this kind of industry. Keep up the great work and I hope your employer know you're worth keeping around as you are a great representation of them.

Very nice stores and lovely desserts

I only pulled over to let emergency vehicles pass. I miss the aroma of coffee that used to permeate the air there. I think a friend of my wife has a son who lives there. He likes it I'm told. (Third party info, will not hold up in court)

Excellent views, well kept playground for kids and nearby shops including 16 Handles ice cream... excellent

Maxwell Place is a fantastic place to live. Great views of midtown Manhattan and the Hudson River. Roof top pools, gardens, private Club Room. My own deck and parking spot. A short walk to the ferry to get quickly into NYC with no traffic. Only 3 short bus stops into Times Square for Broadway Shows.

Nice place with a great view of Manhattan.
