Beautiful place for a hike, canoing, kayaking and fall colors
We always have fun at the Dam! The trails are great! I'm not sure why there's a boat launch at the big dock now - it's hard to fish off it now.
They’ve really revamped this area. Nice body of water with great trails!
Nice shaded trail. A couple bridges, benches scattered throughout, surrounded by trees, and a creek running through.
One of the prettiest conservation areas around! Great wide trails, bridges and boardwalks, waterways, open parkland spaces, playgrounds, and picnic areas. And we got to see two of the white squirrels (white Gray Squirrels, not albinos) that the area is known for. Will definitely come back when the leaves change, as I'm sure it will be spectacular with all the maples in full colour!
Great trail. Well maintained, easy, ample parking. The hike mostly in the shade of the trees and I wasn't bothered by bugs. Lots of wildflowers.
beautiful trails for walking. incredible bridges, the park is very well maintained. even in bad weather there will be an opportunity to pass along the trails. paths on both sides of the road and the lake. you can walk for hours.
Great trail with many different types of paths. Easy to Moderate. Lots of birding possibilities. Great spot to check out in all seasons. Easy access. Parts are stroller friendly and kid friendly with playground equipment along the way. West side is more "urban" and the East "rural".
