Haven’t shipped item - it’s been month’s since purchasing. They will not respond to calls or texts.

Auctioned a bracelet from them and the item received was totally different from the one listed on the website. I have requested them to resell/re-auction the item but they refused to do so saying that they are booked out until the end of the year (6 months in advance). This company does not even deserve a one star rating review.

BUY AT OWN RISK!!! Purchased a diamond ring and rolex watch at their Easter auction 2023. Diamond ring was stated by Pottle Auctions as having a valuation of $75k, but I took it to a reputable accredited valuer 2 days later and was told it was only worth half that amount!
In relation to the Rolex, I took it to 3 authorised Rolex dealers in Sydney and was told that the watch had been tampered with and the band was not original. This is despite Pottle Auctions claiming in relation to their auctions that goods are "100% Authenticity Guaranteed".
I contacted Pottle Auction and they are saying they have no responsibilities and I should speak to the original valuer and watch authenticator... They have duties under Australian Consumer Laws not to mislead consumers (the ACCC has specifically noted these apply to auction houses). I believe their actions are misleading, and had they not made these misleading representations I would not have bid and bought these items. I have therefore escalated to the Dept of Fair Trading and also the ACCC. Only giving them one star as I am required to., otherwise they would get zero from me.
