Absolutely stunning experience.
I can’t tell anyone about the meat fruit starter without my mouth watering. The wagyu steak was cooked to perfection. The raspberry tart was delicious too but I wish I had ordered the nitrogen trolley, next time!
Loved the tarot card concept. We started off with Hestons favourite, the adventurer but we swapped to the guide as we heard a close table conversation and it sounded so interesting.
The only negative really was that the wine I ordered after reviewing the menu was unavailable. I asked the Sommelier if any other wines were unavailable before I looked again and she said no. When I went on to order a few mins later, was informed that was unavailable too!
And a shame you have to trek out of the restaurant down the lift and into the hotel washrooms. But our waiter said the restaurant washrooms should be available during November.
But the overall service and experience made up for the wine ordering disappointment.
Will return soon for sure.

The interior design and the atmosphere is really nice. The view was astounding. And the staff are very well trained.
However the food was rather hit and miss. The starters were great. But the main courses were underwhelming. The rib eye steak was not up to the standard. We asked for a cocktailbut instead our drink didn't tasted anything any cocktail I ever had. In a normal restaurant this may have been fine but one expects something exceptional from Heston.

Dylan was a delight to have. His narrative of Heston’s food and the restaurant itself was astounding. My most unforgettable and truly a noteworthy fine dining experience so far. A storyteller restaurant guiding you through a vibrant gastronomic trip of synesthesia that engages all your senses. From the game changing appetizer to the succulent proteins for the main course to his timeless desserts. Superlative service and exquisite ambiance.
It is difficult to get surprised with restaurants in the wonderful gastronomic scene in Dubai. However, Dinner by Heston B. is definitely a new experience for Dubai foodies. Besides the delicious food (highlight to the Tipsy Cake), the service is cozy and intimate. To top it off, all dishes have a history behind them, which sets the atmosphere to another level.
Food top class creative and inventive. Signature cocktails are not good enough. Order from the main menu. Extensive wine menu and great drinks advice. Concept good but story telling longwinded and not fun. Experience great, staff professional and ambience good. Nice views. Overall exceptional dining, great views and expensive - AED 1000 per head to include wine and a cocktail and three courses.

It maybe an unpopular opinion, but do yourself a favour and don’t get seduced by the triple cooked chips, not impressed.
I had a steak which was good, well cooked good flavour but the cabbage side was a disaster. My wife had the fish and this was over. Not expected.
The drinks were excellent all round and the staff amazing. Knowledgable, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They get 5 stars.

There are lots of really nice fine dining places in Dubai. This one is a clear step above all of them and what I would consider truly special. It’s basically historical dishes from the UK brought back to life. Some of the dishes are based on recipes from 600 years ago. Staff is exceptional and can tell you all about it. We are not a fans of “modern” UK food but decided to go anyways just to see. Listened to the staff recommendations and basically went with that. Was blown away. The flavors are extremely rich and unique. Every dish is prepared with utmost care and so much thought that went into it. Price wise it’s not cheap but honestly we’ve been to much more expensive restaurants in Dubai that don’t even come close what they serve here
