Some Michelin restaurants do not deserve their starts. Stay, on the other hand, should receive a third star. Perfection from start to finish. I began with a delectable soufflé, followed by their incredible wagyu... the meat tenderness combined with the sauce makes it one of the best dishes I have ever had. The beer tart was an impressive finish. Everything was tailored by impeccable service.

It is difficult to get surprised with restaurants in the wonderful gastronomic scene in Dubai. However, Dinner by Heston B. is definitely a new experience for Dubai foodies. Besides the delicious food (highlight to the Tipsy Cake), the service is cozy and intimate. To top it off, all dishes have a history behind them, which sets the atmosphere to another level.
