Innovative spin on an old tradition! I love the fact that receiver can unpack and arrange their own flowers, that they are fresh and bloom at the receivers house. This is the third time I have sent flowers with bloom&co to Germany all the way from Australia, and it always makes my familys day and mine. :) Would love the variety of flowers & plants to increase - especially for delivery to Germany. Keep going!

Such unique pieces

Our new kitchen, bedroom, dining room, study and landing all look incredible. I can't believe the transformation. Thank you so much Bloom!!

I like to shop locally wherever possible.
so I bought a pair of Hunter Gumboots for my wife for I'm as. I was lucky to find a very last pair locally in Bloom.
unfortunately they didn't fit, and bloom no longer stock them.
So very politely I asked for a refund - so I can order them online. They offered a raft of excuses why they 'couldnt'' do a refund. And very unfortunately - I found myself having to explain consumer law.
thought id post advice here, hoping still they'll see fit to remedy the situation.
Here's what the ACCC advise.
'No refund' signs and expired warranties
It is against the law for businesses to tell you or show signs stating that they do not give refunds under any circumstances, including for gifts and during sales.
Your rights under the consumer guarantees do not have a specific expiry date and can apply even after any you’ve got from a business have expired.
