This free museum is a must visit if you have 1 to 2 hours to spare! It showcases the various ancient currencies and their relevance in society and also highlights the story of Europe's franc and euro.

I was really surprised by the quality of this museum and both exhibitions. You'll be able to learn more about the history of money and the euro currency. The audio guide is really good and the museum is very interactive.

The museum's entry is free and it's usually very low crowded. I recommend you spend at least 2 hours, specially if you're interested in macro economics.

Visited with a friend, definitely one of the best museums I've been to. Healthy collection of items related to the history of money in Belgium and Europe. Excellent audio guides and equipment to enhance the experience. Friendly staff.

Free entry. You do need to go through security, who were friendly and professional on our occasion, to visit.

Highly recommended. There are two exhibitions here, one on the history of money and the other on the history of the euro. The entrance is free and you also get free audio guide. The museum is very invested, there are many exhibits and interactive games with huge screens and everything. It seems that a lot of money was invested here, and people don't really come. We were actually the only ones in the museum.

Was not expecting it to be as good as it was, the in-depth audio-guide was a good addition. Wide range of exhibits, not just limited to Belgium or even Europe. Some interesting pieces, and some interactive quizzes and games. Very modern, well designed.

Free and better than many other expensive museums. Very well organized, in some places interactive. There is also an audio guide and you can print fake Euro banknotes with your photo, both for free as well.
