Very rude manger she said go complain. She don’t care about customer. She was joking and making fun of faulty item baby jacket. She refuse refund. Ask me to take picture sent to Customer Service which I never heard about this before I gonna make a legal action would strongly advise everyone I know against going to this store. As much as the stock selection is fantastic, I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse interaction with customer service in the UK. I was subject to incredible public humiliation, to the point I wish to launch a complaint into a staff member. I was accused of lying about an item I purchased and although the manager sympathised with my complaint, the other staff member intervened and told her not to provide me with a refund
The staff is at knightsbridge store and Kings Rd store were extremely helpful kind and willing to help. I can't fault both stores wonderful staff in both store I would highly recommend these store.
My problems is with the online service I could not return my item for another size I had to go to two store because the on line service said the next size was in 4 store I could not buy the next size and after going personally to two store that said the item was there well it was not. A complete waste of my time. I had to get a refund and let's call it a day. I am not going to bother with on line anymore. I have cancelled the app on my phone I just take my chance in the stores fantastic fabulous staff

This shop is a guaranteed bad experience. Last time I went to return an item the staff didn’t know how to do a return. The girl, instead of looking for help was just there laughing, she wasn’t older than 18 years old, it was appalling and humiliating.
Today, after being told there was one pair of shoes available and waiting for 10 minutes, they tell me they can not find them.

Racist inadequate staff.
I was shopping at Zara in Knightsbridge on Saturday 30/9 around 5pm and an employee stepped on my foot she then pushed the clothes (hanger) trolley on my foot yelling to get out the way.
There was clearly not enough space for me to move and rather than waiting, she forcefully pushed the clothes trolley on my foot. I emphasised calmly that I had been hurt and she just gave me a side look and didn’t apologise. I was very surprised to receive that treatment. I ignored this and an hour later, started to feel pain in my foot and its now swollen.

Nothing wrong with the shop or the clothes.
The staff need training. The customer service attude of I don't care and only here for my wages.
Couldn't even give you eye contact after waiting in a long queue and just thrust the bag at you.
Don't forget the customer pays your wages.
Ps don't pay with cash they can't count passed 10.

Amazing location and very traffic, the display not organized, prices very affordable
This Zara is spread over three floors and is a very busy store normally so it is harder to see everything than the Kings Road or Oxford Street branches.
This time I visited first thing in the morning after it opened on a weekday and it was a pleasure to walk around with hardly anyone in the store. It does seem to have similar stock to the larger central London branches.
It also seems to have the new stock before other branches (although so does the Oxford St one and Kings Road) and a good selection of sizes.
