Walking in at 9pm on a saturday i expected more than to be welcomed by two staff sat with their feet up infront of the bar whilst one was eating a pot noodle 😕

Apart from that the drinks were okay but we were the only 2 customers on arrival and exit

Lovely beers and a last chance to enjoy some seaside sunshine! Excellent service.

Brilliant pub with a great atmosphere. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
If you try their hot wing "viper" challenge, be prepared for pain!

Great atmosphere and service. Was a little disappointed with the buffalo sauce, it seemed watered down compared to previous times I have had Orange Buffalo.

Based on this, I would only give 4 stars and say lost boys in brighton is a much better option for wings

£10 for a draft ale? I thought I must of misheard when i paid but no it was £10.90 for one pint. That seems to be beyond ridiculous?

Update.

I messaged the bar on Facebook who confirmed that there is no drink for £10.90 and that I was over charged. They agreed to refund me the money. This never happened and I have messaged them again on three separate occasions asking for an update but have heard nothing.

I am to say the least rather disappointed with the lack of responses, considering the first couple of responses form them were rather positive.

Went in for drinks the other week. Like that they have now put the bar up front. Think that was a good idea as more light and feels nicer being next to the window. I also liked the non alcoholic beer they had on offer, was very nice.
Let down a little on the bar stools being a little rickety, had to get off mine, felt like it was going to collapse. Bar staff were a little standoffish, could have been a little more welcoming.

Great atmosphere and good selection of drinks. I also love the music choice in here. I got some curly fries with ranch dressing and they were so good - a great sized portion and pretty cheap too!
