I’ve lived in five different countries and this is the worst gym experience I’ve ever had. If you like working out on an elliptical machine only, you might love this place. If you like to lift weights, it’s crowded and I’ll equipped. There are two adjustable benches, one smith machine and one squat rack. It’s a horribly frustrating experience trying to workout unless you go to the gym in the middle of the day.

The one initial positive about the gym for me was the wet and dry saunas. However, I had two guys hit on me. While I’m flattered, I’m not at the gym to look for sex and certainly not from guys in the sauna. Furthermore, over the last few weeks both saunas have been warm and barely hot enough to break a sweat.

However, if you’re a guy looking for another guy, you could let your grindr account expire then put that money towards a gym membership at celebrity fitness pondok indah. You could get a mediocre workout and find the partner of your dreams.

This gym is not making any sense. One time another gym user who want to be kept anonymous asked one of the staff that he/she doesn't like that I sweat too much when I am on a treadmill and asked the staff to tell me to sweat less. What was even more stupid was the staff actually did so, he stopped me while on the treadmill and tell me to do something about sweating less. What kind of gym asked their member to stop sweating when excercising.

My favourite gym place. The equipment is quite complete. The little bit dark ambience somehow comforts me. Friendly staff and PT.
