Shop is too small and unorganized to handle the amount of people that visit to buy last minute tickets to the museum or souvenirs. If you go the souvenir shops in the museums you can skip this shop.
I bought the tickets for Rijkmuseum from this shop. The shop is small , hard to move around because it gets too crowded.
Don’t know about the shop, but a place that charges 2€ for toilet use deserves negative five stars. No company should exploit people’s urgent necessities like that.
Web site is down so everyone have to wait in the huge line under rain to get a ticket
Very rude staff wouldn't let people in the store at 16:45 when signs clearly stated closing time is 17:00. Take your business elsewhere...
Love it, this is always my go to shop to buy gifts for friends and family that are Amsterdam related but beautiful!
Rude little man who can't sell tickets (or won't) even with plenty of time left in the museum hours. Should be fired or get a non-customer facing job, clearly you are awful at it...
