I am really very grateful to the doctor who operated me and her staff, they were nice and helpful. The worst thing was the aggressive behavior of an alt nurse. She was nervous all the time .

I have been to this hospital twice with the same problem in 2 weeks: gallstones. The first time, coming with extremely bad blood tests and huge pain (liver indices were more than 2000 for a norm up to 35), I waited in the emergency room for more than 8 hours before being admitted.
The next day, I had a stone removal procedure which went well and the doctor who cared for me was very kind. He explained to me that I needed surgery in less than 1 month because the situation could repeat itself. However, I received the surgery appointment for the end of September (I was in the hospital at the end of July). Exactly 2 weeks after the first stone blockage, the situation repeated itself. I came to the hospital again, they admitted me but the next day sent me home because they said as long as I don't have fever and the big pains are gone - I'm fine. To come only if the big pains come back, if I turn yellow, if I get fever over 38 and if I can't anymore. The appointment for the surgery they didn't change it, I was told I had to endure the pain and everything else. They effectively banished me home to suffer.
It was my first experience in a German hospital and I was very disappointed.
Besides all that, No shower available in the rooms or even on the floor.
PS: unfortunately , the nurses and all the staff apart from the doctors were not able to speak any English.

I have just read the most recent pages of reviews for this hospital.
And see the overall Google feedback is a lackluster 2.6.
This is my experience and opinion.
Just before Covid I had the misfortune to need hospital treatment for a kidney stone, there were complications and in total 4 visits we're required.
Was it perfect - No it was not, nothing in life is but overall good enough to get 5*'s.
So I suggest that all or most of you who complain next time you are in need of hospital services that you travel to England, and see how it is there.
So my dear German friends try to be thankful for what you have.
I do realise this is difficult for you!

Happened to visit my father, who’s been taken there because of eye problems and some other eventual things that followed that. Didn’t find my way, first of all, due to horrible way descriptions, asked someone then where it would be best to go.

(Might be good to say I’d to go to Building M.)

Anyways, the three guys (close to the emergency zone) I asked were a horrible help, and not really known to friendliness or any such synonym. Discussed for ten minutes first who’d be “the victim” to have to help me simply telling me where to go, until it ended in one grumpily directing me in such a way, that it took me another thirty minutes to find my direction. In between that I also had an otherworldly conversation with a receptionist of the said Building. (Got the number from a call my father did earlier this day, cause his phone died and he’d no charger.) Woman had a rather bitter talk with another one sitting next to her, which I heard besides my own talk with her. Surprise, surprise, she was unfriendly too. Very much.

This all ended when I found my way. Walked one and a half hour around, all in all, because of the miserable waypoints and the stupidly told directions.

I don’t recommend people visiting this building complex and I don’t recommend asking the staff questions, other than doctors. This place seriously has friendliness issues and of all I heard the foods less than mediocre too.

I’d like to give this clinic zero stars but I cannot. Building’s look modern from the outside though, so let’s give it the star for the looks…
Other than that I hope you never have to go there.

Didn't take my health Insurance down when taken in for a head injury and now I have four 1.000 euro bills sitting on my desk for me to figure out. To make matters even worse they are unreachable by phone and email.

The worst hospital I have ever seen, Because the meat cleaver cut the finger accidentally,The nails of my right index finger and middle finger come off,When I arrived by taxi, the nurse at the reception desk was extremely rude, threw me a bunch of forms to fill out without even asking me about my situation,When I said that the two nails of my right hand had completely fallen off and were bleeding, I couldn’t write,She just told me coldly that if you want to see the emergency, you must fill out a form, Finally, another patient’s family helped me fill out the form,After a long wait, I arrived at the hospital at 6pm and successfully met the doctor at 10pm, I urged many times and told the nurse that my hand was bleeding, and I got a rude answer, "Your injury is not fatal enough, please be patient." When I finally saw the doctor, the blood had coagulated and stuck to the gauze. The peeling process was painful,

Incredibly long waiting time, also for patients with private insurance. Several patients in waiting room didn't wear face masks and aggressively opposed when being warned! Personnel didn't take care of it.Totally unacceptable! After 1.5 hours waiting with strong pain, and being not accepted, left to another doctor. Shame!
