The sea lions were amazing, so funny (and stinky) I’ve never seen so many in the same place.

Very beautiful beach, for seals and birds watching.

A lovely cliff is a great viewing spot to relax and watch the sea lions soak up the sun. Early September, we saw many pup seals with their mothers and the big male seal bossing everyone around him. It is only a short walk from the parking lot.

Seriously SO cute! I loved being so close to the sea lions! The smell though... that smell will knock you off your feet! I highly recommend wearing your mask 😷 but, you quickly get used to it! 😊

Wow, I didn't want to get that close to the sea lions! Tons of sea lions to see here. Please respect the wild life and give them some distance.

If you're all about sea lions and seals, this is your spot. You can see them swimming in the ocean, you can see them flopping across the rocks, they're to your left, they're to your right, they're at your feet, you can see them, smell them, hear them. They're literally so close you can touch them. So if you have kids, friends, family, coworkers, neighbors who love these creatures, send them here - you can't go wrong. My daughter says this was her favorite thing about California - ever.
