This place is under construction, but do not let that fool you. This place is incredible! You can walk in circles and see new things that you missed. I cannot wait until this place is fully opened.

We purchased our tickets from the Cárcamo de Dolores. And they told us that we could go into the Natural History Museum with our purchased tickets. Check out Diego Rivera mural. It is fascinating.

A very nice museum but, unfortunately with many spaces closed. 34 pesos entramce worth the visit. The first phase of the museum is very interesting with all the phases of species history on earth.

What a remarkable museum. Showcasing the basilica sciences of natural history in a colorful and vibrant setting. The information presented was educational without being too technical and boring. The day I went it wasn’t too crowded. There were some groups of students there on a school trip and they also seemed to be enjoying the exhibits.

The property outside was wonderful as well. There were beautiful trees and flora surrounding the grounds and an endless array of birds singing and beautiful butterflies searching for nectar.

The museum only had one pavilion open as they are renovating additional buildings. The construction was done in such a way as to not interfere with the experience of a visit.

I would highly recommend a visit to this museum which is located in the expansive and beautiful Chapultepec Park. The park itself is worth a visit as well as the zoo and other museums located there.
Excellent place. Very interesting and educational exposition. Highly recommended for visiting with children.

Nice and informative. Interesting for children and the adults accompanying them. We had a few short lectures in Spanish, explaining different subjects to the children, and they were fascinating. I thought all the exhibitions were open, after reading there were renovations about a year ago, but they are still renovating. All in all, a nice experience.

Such a great museum. The upgrades are noticeable, and I would dare say they could compete with many US museums. Much if the grounds, including several exhibits, are being upgraded and are therefore closed, but what is open is amazing. Highly recommend it for kids, and adults will definitely be entertained.

This museum does not look like much on the outside but the displays inside were very impressive and even things like the lighting, sound and design of layout was very first-rate. Cost was very low, only 28 pesos for adults and 13 pesos for kids, so very affordable and enjoyable. I also noted that the display information in the "evolucion Humana" room was up-to-date with the most current science and literature on human evolution which was great to see.
