Excellent (and prompt) service, communicative staff, and right off the DuPont metro stop. I work in healthcare and have recently been more on the patient side of the system. My experience at DuPont Circle Pharmacy exceeded expectations and provided individualized and seamless service.
Everyone at Dupont Circle Pharmacy is absolutely incredible - so kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I moved farther away from the location and still go here because they are simply the best!
Seriously the best! The customer service is amazing, they've even walked down to CVS to transfer a prescription when CVS wouldn't answer their phone. Anyone in/near Dupont should be using them. Their hours are close enough to CVS as CVS is no longer 24 hours, so no reason not to switch. Cyprian is amazing and so is Alfred, the level of customer service is just amazing. Make the switch if you haven't, you'll be do impressed!
Didn't know it was possible to love a pharmacy! Locally owned pharmacy that I actually look forward to going to. Very responsive, amazing customer service from everyone who works there, and they always keep me up to date on my RXs. Hard to find these days!
