Medical Hill is an amazing, their staff is very helpful and attentive. It is a very good facility that helps to rehab their patients at the top level.

My dad is here for therapy after having a stroke. Unfortunately, from the stroke he had total left side weakness. From working with speech therapy, he’s now able to feed himself and also back to a normal diet. Physical and Occupational therapy has done a great job, working with him on walking again and dressing himself. I’m thankful for ALL staff, from nursing department to the kitchen for taking care of him during his road to recovery.

Very beautiful and accommodating facility! I was here a little while ago and they recently did renovations in the patient's rooms and bought brand new beds for every patient!!! The staff is busy, but very kind and helpful. The administrator talks with patient's and is really nice and fun! I totally recommend it!

I waited outside the main entrance quite a while after ringing two different door bells several times. Staff walked past, looked at me and continued walking as if they did not see me. Finally the receptionist appeared & let me in, along with another woman who arrived while I was waiting. That woman complained about calling several times with no one answering the phone. The receptionist responded that could not have happened. To prove her point, the woman called the facility while standing at the front desk. The line was busy. After our temperature was taken, we were told to put on gowns. Neither of us could figure out how to put the disposable gowns on properly. The receptionist laughed at us and finally helped me. The other woman mentioned that she had not been told to wear a gown on her previous visit and the receptionist again challenged the visitor’s statement. On a positive note, I found my “aunt” happy and comfortable. She said her bandages had just changed. When I left the outside door would not close. The push bar appeared to be broken!
