I went here for enjoying Lights by the lake 2023 event. Quite crowded with many pretty big lantern
Went for the Lights by the Lake 2023 experience, and the setup was really lovely. The colour scheme was beautiful and the exhibits were generally tasteful designed. Perhaps go during a weeknight since there are many people
lLights-up inauguration of Mid Autumn Festival at Chinese Gardens. admission is free. Though raining and limited parking lots, there are police to regulate traffic and staff to shelter us with umbrellas when we boarded our car to go home. Thumbs up to the organiser.
LIGHTS BY THE LAKE 2023 is going on at the Lake side filed. Kids will enjoy it. The event duration is from Saturday 16th Sept to 1st Oct. It inside the Jurong Lakeside Garden around 7 min from Lakeside MRT.
It's a field, is always well cut, and yeah that's it
It's a bit curved (up and down) so not the best for really serious soccer
But the curve is over such a big area it probhaly won't make a difference

Don't close off the entire parking lot during events, it's dumb and people have to walk very far from the south carpark.
Wide field . Very good place for relex and chat with friends. Very nice spot for little picnic
