I Booked The Cab Services from Jammu Airport to Katra Helipad. Quality of Innova was Great and even the Chauffer was well dressed/cultured.

The most horrific experience ever.
This was our first kashmir trip with family. But the driver ruined it all.
Beware of the drivers extremely bad bad experience. Firstly they gave us a car Innova in poor condition. We booked it for 6days. Through the entire trip the driver said can't switch on the ac.even after requesting for 10-15 times he will switch on. When we can see all cars running with ac in the heat of srinagar. Secondly the driver is a dumb person....he will never give any information about any place to u. He will only want to drop u at hotel and run off. Even if u call him that need to go to market to buy emergency things he will say take a taxi.
Most bad experience with driver.

Hired from Jammu airport went to Katra, Pahalgam, Srinagar and Gulmarg. Driver was very good natured and helpful. Charges were reasonable. Payment was hassle free. Overall very good experience.

My trip to Shimla, Manali, Dalhousie and Amritsar was arranged by Kriyal Travel solutions . All the hotels and properties that were provided were excellent. They fullfill all the commitment which they offered really impresed by them. Package cost is very resonable but there commitment is really upto the mark. Very cooperative and nice to their clients, driver was great at driving through the mountainous roads and valleys. There was also a cook who Cooked delicious foods. Overall very good service and kind people, took every inconvenience into account and made right choices 😃

Kriyal Travel is one of the best Travel agency in Jammu. The service is very good and employees are very disciplined and cooperative. I did a trip twice but Kriyal Travel has saved about 40% what I spent last time in the same trip but via other travel agency.
