Proficient Staffing

This business is very unpleasant, unprofessional and manipulative and often its employees and of its staff from situations that not only come from me but from friends who have also been there. They have also an exceptionally rude member of staff by the name of Ali. This business will no longer have my patronage, and those of the people I know and will know of this location and their associated locations. Very inconsistent for work and will often promise work and opportunities then leave you jobless with a call and then leave you high and dry. Terrible, do not go here. They have more at Select Staffing anyway.

Had good experience with this place myself, they were able to get me an interview within a week of me showing up. No issues with availability of jobs so far, maybe the other reviewers were just there at a bad time or weren't willing to drive far enough? Either way, my experience has been positive.

This is the worst . They don't have any jobs posted on jobboard ,or mentioned

They try to make you accept a contract work 3000 hr before you can change any status with them .all they off 12 .00 job and have to drive to laguna hills

They hand you a card and never have any communication ,you call and they tell I just sumited and again no communication. ..

If you want someone to make you waste your time then this is the place you need to go. Don't believe in their fake good reviews.

If I could give zero stars I would , first off they lie about having jobs . So if you’ve seen a posting on indeed from them they are trying to bait you in because they get off of people signing up with them. They lie and say they have jobs just so you can sign up !!! Then they will have excuses like “oh well they haven’t said anything that’s because you all are lying ! Never again ! Kelly services is way better .

Liars!
They post non existent clerical jobs to job boards! They have you apply and sit through a video just to end up telling you weeks later they rarely have clerical positions. I'm gonna see if that's illegal so i can report them! don't waste your time

Makes you fill out paperwork and then they never follow up.There is never anything available. They only get paid by how many people they have registered in their system. Waste of time and gas. Don't go through agencies they waste your time.
