I came in Saturday, about 50 people queueing and processing time is around 2 hours. At least this place open in saturday so good for working people. Access through east lobby, turn right to starbuck then go up 2 level via escalator. location is on Level 1.
End of year queue is really long. I’m here to extend my SIM and I’ve queued for about 2 hours; I’ll probably finish by 2.5 hours or so. The place is cooled by AC, so it’s not too hot. You can also wait at the food court right next door which is convenient.

You can renew your vehicle license or driving lisence here. The service is fast and the instruction is clear. Near to the food court and quite comfortable for waiting room. Make sure you bring enough cash since it has no other payment method
SIM A and C extension at Samsat Gancit outlets saves a lot of time. Come at 15:30 to submit a copy of ID card and driver's license. Then I just go to the mall and come back again at 17:00 to get the form and the queue number. At 17:30 I took a photo and immediately waited for a new SIM print. Thank you for the friendly and fast service 👍🏻
the service is good, but you cant help when there is just 1 counter against hundreds of applicants. the standard waiting, or service level is 15 minutes, this is simply unrealistic. the service is very good though.
The officers on time, fast and efficient. The instructions are clear. Better come half and hour before the opening.

Probably one of the places that I hate the most. Unfortunately you must come here if you need to renew your driving license or vehicle registration. Simply come early if you don’t want to be stuck in the long messed up queue. And make sure to bring all necessary documents. I posted few pictures that may help with that like hours of operations and document requirements.
