Lieu très agréable en centre ville. Appartement confortable, personnel a l'écoute.
Good value, spacious, super clean, perfect location. Lots of parking. They also provide bikes free to use.
Les villas sont supers, seulement besoin de changer les matelas qui sont un peu vieux (on sent tous les ressorts quand on dort), la douche est froide (le thermostat ne monte pas au dessus de 30°), les petits dej sont servis à partir de 8h (trop tard pour nous), voilà pour les points négatifs! Concernant les points positifs, les villas sont nettoyés chaque jour, l'accueil est super, elles se situent à proximité du centre ville. Je recommande !
Comprehensive Review of The Orosi Valley Lodge
We have just checked out of this poorly administered hotel that lacks hospitality skills.
When we arrived at the hotel they had mistakenly booked us for the wrong night. What’s worse is that they denied that it was their mistake, I had to send them the confirmation email that stated the correct date. Our group of eight had reserved two villas and they only had one available. They then told us that they could make available a room with only one bed where 4 of us had to stay. The situation escalated when we asked for a full refund for our troubles. The same management who made the mistake and were reluctant to admit it felt that was disrespectful of us to ask for the refund.
Mr. Pacheco then told us to leave the premises, he did not care that it was dark out, raining, and the fact that we had small children with us.
Because of these circumstances we unfortunately had to agree to pay fifty percent and stay the night.

Great Hotel. Friendly staff. Great price. Very clean. Good food. Safe parking lot.

Great experience. Staff are very friendly. They brought us coffee, tea and snacks when we arrived and were always ready to make suggestions and answer questions. Breakfast was tasty. Villa was well-equipped for long stays with extra towels, blankets, etc. Has full kitchen with rice cooker, kettle and more. Mattresses are fairly comfortable, especially for those who prefer them firm. Note that there isn't hot water... better for the environment. 😁 Bicycles are available for getting around town. Close to hiking at Tapantí National Park. Highly recommend.
