Salzburg Souvenir

At this rate you might as well just close this shop down. We came 30mins before closing and got shooed off because they didn’t want to receive customers. So we walked in the next day since it’s on the way and we like a magnet by the window. We asked politely if we could get that - to that, the shop keeper said “no it’s not possible” because he was too lazy to get it for us. Don’t buy the overpriced souvenirs from this shop cuz I’m pretty sure this is not how you’d like to remember Salzburg. Crazy.

In der Judengasse, Mozartplatz,Waagplatz…. gibt es Souvenierläden die ihre Kunden bzw. Lieferanten wertschätzen.

worst and most rude saleswoman

This shop does not even deserve one star. I wanted to buy a 150 euro lamp that was in the window but the shop assistant was too lazy to get it for me because there were lots of things in the way. She was very rude and unhelpful. This was the most bizarre shopping experience I have ever had. Unbelievable!!!

Very rude and unpleasant staff.

This happen today:
The girl who ran the store was so rude, I was entering to the store at 16:56 and the girl says me in a so rude tone that the store would close in 4 minutes so I had to “hurry up to buy” and then a lady enter to the store at 16:58 and the girl just kicked out the lady , again, in a rude tone. I understand that stores have a schedule but thing can be said in a better tone.

Does not even deserve 1 star if we could give it a minus we would . First time we tried to visit the woman just ran to the door as we were about to walk in & slammed on a sign closed for lunch & shouting “Closed for lunch “on our return we were browsing & making our choices of what to buy & she came over saying you need to leave its 5 pm & I’m closing. As we were paying my friend said “ do you not like your job” & she replied “yes I do but not when it’s time to go home” then my friend said “ are you the manager the owner or the employee “ reply was “I’m the manger “ all this conversation was very aggressive & couldn’t wait to get us us out she ushered us out the door . No customer service skills at all a shame because everyone else we had been in contact with on our travels to this amazing city have been very helpful & lovely she lets the side down if you don’t like people get another job or employ someone that is courteous & polite & actually wants your custom !
