Visited on War on Terror movie launch. Instagramable place at lobby area. There are cute decorations with swings. Worth to visit place at the area.
The movie screen and seats are the best as well. New place is always good.

the big and easy to the eye screen make do for the price you paid, but it is worth every cent, also there are foods including eat and drinks you can buy right out the cinema door, playing and picturing place with nicely smell perfume, this is a must try for cinema enthusiast or movie watcher in general.

I booked a ticket for movie "Creation of the Gods I: Kingdom of Storms" at Lalaport BBCC Hall 3. During the first credits scene, the lights were turned on already, but there was a significant post-credits scene which is leading to the next series!
A lady was seated next to me. During the first credits scene, she told me this was her second time watching this movie, and she left right after, before the post-credits scene, thinking it's over because the lights are on!! How unfortunate for a person to support the same movie twice not knowing there was a post-credits scene at all??!
I chose to stay until the end of the credits scene, and again unfortunately, due to the lights, I was not able to see the screen clearly!!! This, from a cinema operator is unacceptable!! To the audience, to the film maker, and to all the people of the industries who work hard for every second of the film being on screen!!! This is a terrible experience and I would certainly not return to this cinema again! In fact, I would even switch to a different cinema operator!
Please be professional and do not switch on the lights while the movie is still screening.

They weren't kidding when they say that this is the most "instagramable" cinema in Malaysia. There is ample space to sit and wait for your movie.
I have went twice, once for regular experience, the other is for GSC BIG experience. The GSC BIG experience is pretty good, considering it uses a laser projector which is superior to the old xenon projectors.
Colors pop and details are sharp. It is far better than MyTown's BIG experience.
The biggest issue I have with this place is the service. It is clear to me that GSC does not train their employees well here.
1. There's no service with a smile.
2. The workers are quick to get angry when you don't do exactly as they say. Sometimes you don't understand what they say and they don't understand you.
Sometimes you misheard them and they misheard you.
And they consistently have responded very rudely in return.
I cannot within good conscience recommend this theater until they fix the problem with their employees' service level. If you don't like working at the cinema, don't work there.
Unless if you live close to Lalaport, maybe go to a different cinema to enjoy your movies.

Went there for morning movie 🍿 Have plenty of waiting space, and lots of spot to take nice photos, very instagramable. They even have cafe that serve lunch set, just right beside the ticker counter.
A newest Golden Screen Cinamas on Lalaport Bukit Bintang City Centre Kuala Lumpur as know as BBCC, every decorations it's newly designed for this modern era especially taking photos.

Newly built GSC located at Bukit Bintang Convention Center (BBCC) within lalaport mall. The area of cinema is so nice and unique, fill with colorful tiles and wooden design. The waiting area has swing and seats that you can enjoy while waiting for your movie.
