They’re not doing walk ins.

Not a fan of the place in my opinion they do "good things" but they're doors are not open to the public when people go there to try to get help they get turned away and told to call or email but yet ycap never answers the phone or returns your email. What exactly does that show how can they run a non profit organization get all sorts of generous donations cash and food but not be open to the public the people in who there supposedly supposed to be helping out makes no sense sorry

These people saved my life....and gave me hope to go on.....they really help people if you want it! Naomie is great!

Well ycap kicked me my girlfriend and our 12 week old baby out of the turnkey project today so now we are living back in our car thank you ycap for not helping us out they are not family friendly another person and his 3 boys were kicked out also today the turnkey project is a joke they don't help you with anything really the case managers there do nothing to help. Once again thank you ycap for making us homeless instead of helping

Fed up, can't even get a call back, apparently YCAP feels my children and i dont need to be helped!! Been trying to get any kind of shelter for my kids and I for an entire year now, and i get that things takes time, but when im told by them that other situations are being prioritized over my childrens safety, and it's like pulling teeth just to get a call back from these people.
