We only used the office once to check out and store our bags ( and when we returned to get our metro ticket) but the girls were all so helpful and friendly. The wwe dog was lovy too. Thankyou so much.

They want 30czk/1€ for toilet, than you wait, because there is 1 toilet for man. And after 2 minutes the staff has forgotten, that you have payed and want you to pay again. No good Place!

We had a great guide (Andre/Andrew), who made the walk enjoyable and showed us local hidden gems!

Massive joke, we bought 2 Prague cards and planned out our entire week away in Prague to the hour all we had to do was collect the cards here. There was so much we wanted to do so we arrived at this location 9AM on the dot, after getting 2 trams to this location we found it was closed, I tried calling the number written on the door which wasn’t in use before having to call the company. The man I spoke to made me feel like I’d just been scammed of £130 and said someone would give me a call sometime through the day. (We waited an hour incase we had the opening time wrong but nobody came) We had to walk 45 minutes to the second location to pick the cards up. Went about our day and got a call at 7pm that night asking if we had sorted the cards. If you’re not open when you say you are change your times, you are wasting people’s time and money.

It's a hostel reception, their priority is not helping you and I suppose selling all the tours covering the alley you have to walk down to get there.
They kept me waiting despite no one else being around when I arrived, gave me incorrect advice and didnt make me feel comfortable.
Bad.

Dear friends Prague is good city for tourism and you really enjoy well.
But be aware of Changing currency in the streets. Strangers may cheat you on fake money. Here I upload some Belarus currency and strangers will say this is Czech Republic currency, don't believe it ...

Just a place where you can book guided tours. Almost no free brochures (we found a few which were really commercials for the tours) or good info. Save the time and search for things to do online. The good thing is it is next to many places alyou want to visit anyway - Prague castle, Charles bridge, old Town
