It has pools and a gym. A big courtyard overlooking the pools w/c can be used for light jogging.
Walking distance from west service road. If you don't mind walking, you can even walk to Sucat Interchange.

Condo unit has a pool and a spacious courtyard. The tenants are nice, and they occasionally jog through the courtyard. The security is also good, they have guards posted in every entrances. There is also an empty parking lot nearby, which is free and is also monitored by a guard.
It was a good place to stay. Been here for 3months, not that satisfied because it's too much expensive or maybe the owner's just greedy. A quiet place and too far from convenience store for me. Good air-conditioned but too much bills for Meralco. If you are saving money, just rent an apartment and buy AC. HAHAHA just an advice.
Affordable since some owners of the rooms are accepting bed spacer for about 3k per bed that includes the electricity and water bill (aircon with ceiling fan), stove, comportable soft bed, 24 hours guarded with cctv, car park outside and infront first come first serve or if you want you can rent a spot there in parking area for 10php per hour, and by the way amenities including a free gym and swimming pool (but not yet allowed to use the pool due to pandemic).

There are small restaurant also infront of the building and etc.😂 Walking distance to wet market, and public transport like jeep or tricycle is just few steps away..

They offer clean and comfy units. I especially Love the pool area, it's huge and great for kids to swim.
This is pretty good, and comfortable. Convenient when you have businessin this area.
Well a lot changes in just gor months. They cannot locate my booking when i arrive; they try toget me to pay in cash when i have already paid in advance; the room is not finished being serviced when they finally take me there; no towels; room was not serviced the first day, i had to beg for towels, and they only gave me one; promisedme a 2nd towel and never came back.
This place now sucks. I won't be staying again.

There's a room for improvement for cleanliness. The speed of the wi-fi is ordinary, not fast. The smart TV is good using regular TV function but it's smart capability is slow. The room is complete with basic appliance such as refrigerator and electric kettle. Tableware such as plates, bottles, spoon and fork are also provided. I did not have the chance to check the 24/7 gym. The pool is large and it's accessible from 9 AM-9 PM, but using swimwear made of non-absorbent materials such as Nylon is strictly being implemented. Cotton is not allowed. Overall, I had a good stay in a very affordable price.
